There are two main applications of our Stressonic® technology on Aerostructures and Equipments :

• Fatigue life enhancement by Ultrasonic Shot Peening
• Metal component straightening (and forming) with Ultrasonic Needle Straightening

Typical cases of Ultrasonic Shot Peening include:

• Landing systems (New or for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul)
• Cockpit and cabin window frames
• Other metallic frames and fastening systems
• Gears and Gear box
• Servo-motor
• Wheels and brakes
• Ball-bearings

Typical cases of Ultrasonic Needle Straightening include:

• Wing frame
• Body frame
• Internal or external metal sheets
